I sometimes wonder how it is that we ordinary mortals are so successfully bombarded by "uber-mortals", by glamour, a world of shine, sheen and super-escape--into what? Yet still, these ads of uber-anthropoid glamour like this one I spotted the other day in the entrance door to a shopping centre in Ottawa still successfully induce something to be coveted and yearned for in many.

I liked how this alluring gazelle, representing Armani's new collection with her seductive glance and garb, was translucent enough to let the ordinary mortals waiting at the crossing be seen.
