Photographer's Note

“Entering” is the name of this photograph and it was taken and St. John’s harbor, with a wind chill of -20°C. The ship is called the Burin Sea a supply vessel to the offshore peer
“Trinity Sea” and “Burin Sea” - design, production support, and on-site management of the conversion of Russian hulls to Canadian flagged supply vessels.
The ship is a regular visitor to the port.
Cabot Tower is on top of Signal Hill and this small community called, The Battery, is in the background. Also notice the snow fences which are an attempt to stop large amounts of snow falling on the house, possibly preventing an avalanche.
