Photographer’s Note
Do you like meat ? This was the beginning of my chat with this young butcher that I met in " the thief market" , one of the souk of Amman city, in Jordan. This man was speaking a reasonable english , good enough to exchange few words. Meat is a very expensive product in Jordan. For special events or for guest, Jordan are used to eat some meat twice during the meal, basically chicken followed by lamb. I am not very happy with the way I framed the picture but I like the mood of the picture anyway.
