Photographer’s Note
I took this photograph upon first arriving to Wadi Rum. This is the Visitor/Welcome center that the Jordanian Government has built for this area. They realized the importance of having an information center for all tourist coming to visit this beautiful area.
note the large rock formations in the background. These are called "The Seven Pillars of Wisdom" and were named so after T.E. Lawrence's(aka Lawrence of Arabia) book.
