Photographer's Note

The red Hebrew inscription above the entrance says “Old Tzfat Winery”.
The place looks a bit with no glamour, and in contrast to the name – this winery is not so old, established in 1995 by a penitent guy who returned to Israel after many years of "voluntary exile" in Thailand. While returning to religious life, and learning Torah, he also became an expert in wine making in the old way by an ancient treading pit.
Nowadays, this wine has good reputation among the Ultra-Orthodox community in Tzfat and elsewhere.

Location near the Galleries-alley, on this very humble corner at 32.968, 35.4922 on the map.
