Iran can be called one the homeland of different types of Kebab(Grilled Meat). Every province enjoys different types of grilled meat mixed with different types of spices and flavours to make better tastes.

This shot is taken at "Anzali Port". A local shop grilling a special type of Kebab called "TORSHE KEBAB" which means "sour kebab". The meat is layed in a mixture of different vegtables and spices to make it taste sour. The guy is standing in front of a special disc where he can grill the meat on burning coal.
