From a sleepy fishing village with a picturesque small harbour and an ancient monastery, in the early 1970s, Ayia Napa has become a favourite resort to thousands. Today, even the locals can lose themselves in their own village having been converted into one of the largest resorts of the island. The secret of its success are its beaches of white sand and crystal clear water. Its rugged bays and coves are like nowhere else in Cyprus. And are spread over a coastline extending for 3 miles...
