This is the most famous bridge in the island, one of the symbols of London. Anyway it isn't so old, created during Victorian times (1894).

Oh, I never saw this large, round, black sculpture, but then I never saw Tower Bridge from this side of the Thames either. A really nice photo of the famous bridge and the walkway in the foreground. Good sharpness and clarity.

Hello Jorge,
You found a very good and less often seen angle for this photo. The view of the bridge is well balanced by the woman (who seems to be posing for a photo by someone we can't see) and the black "egg" sculpture, according to what I found made by the British artist Fiona Banner. I like this contrast between new and relatively old. The conversion to B&W is very nicely made.

nice composition. I like the oval shape in the foreground. I think you have placed this lamp in the middle of the bridge on purpose, didn't you?
The reportage from London is great.
the only thing I have noticed in your recent photos is that most of them have very low contrast, and they loose because of it. Do you do it on purpose for artistic reasons?

We have to look carefully, but then we see your reflection in the black marble.

Hello Jorge,
This is a fine b&w photograph capturing the famous Tower Bridge from the Southbank.
You have used the egg-shaped sculpture to great effect, anchoring the f/g and clearly showing its smooth, shiny surface.
I have never seen this before; it must be a relatively recent addition. I researched to find that it is Fiona Banner's "Full Stop Slipstream", egg shaped sculpture near the City Hall, Southbank, London, UK.
I really like how the angle of the rectangular tiles guides irresistibly towards the bridge, strongly positioned in the frame.
