Photographer's Note
On a short stop-over, saw this beautiful young horse, and took this picture with a Cell-Phone, as I was hurrying to catch this moment – later it was constantly moving, but managed one more picture of it with the Canon, yet to be posted.
I do not have the specific location, but it was somewhere on the A9 road along the river Garry, before we arrived at Pitlochry.

Hello Ike,
Horses are popular today. This is the third photo of this kind that I comment on in a short while. Luckily they were all taken in very different surroundings, so each new photo is quite a pleasure. This horse is also rather different from those in the US and Brazil. It looks well adapted to the colder climate of Scotland. It is well placed between the trees and with a magnificent background. It's amazing how good photos that are nowadays possible with mobile phones. The colours and contrasts are beautiful.

I like generally animals but also sure horses, this is a wonderful horse, with brown and white colour.
You create a very well depth and perspective picture, and panorama too.

The horse looks to be appreciating your attention, turning towards the camera!
It looks as if its coat is preparing for winter, thickening and, therefore, warmer.
The light is lovely, quite low and soft, striking the horse softly and making l-o-n-g, interesting shadows.
You have used the two trees well, making a natural frame for the view of the horse.

Hi Ike,
Well I have been to the other Perth in Western Australia, but not this one. The Autumn colors of gold in the trees add a splash of color to compliment the draft horse. I like the repetition of the bg pine trees. Tfs!
