Photographer's Note

Levisham station on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway is one of my favourite places, I can happily spend hours here watching the trains come and go, a cup of tea from the little weighbridge/cafe and the gentle hum of bees on the beautiful flowers all around the station. A little bit of heaven on earth.

This is the tail end of a southbound train about to leave for Pickering and the end of the line.

Looking at the picture I just wish I'd taken half a step left as the tail lamp on the coach is lined up with the post of the station sign. Other than that I'm pretty pleased with the photo, no significant PP other than sharpening after reducing the image to the correct size for TE.
