Photographer’s Note
From the window at the second floor of the hotel, I was attracted by the marks on the roaad. I remembered a photo of Ernst HAAS, with a blurred car. So I choose the smaller aperture, frames the directions in the diagonal, steady my camera against the window , underexposed by 1 stop, and waited for a red car. here is the result.
Can be taken everywhere in the world.....

You're showing high speed in a still photo!
A well composed presentation with the road signs doing impact!

Excellent idea and a good composition. Unfortunately red cars are getting rare, at least in Italy.
Sometimes ago I was trying to do something similar and I had to give up. Only grey and blue csrs !
The road arrows are perfect to balance the red and black.

C'est fou ce qu'on s'amuse avec un appareil photo. La plupart des gens allument la télé à l'hôtel et toi, tu fais des photos de ta fenêtre! J'aurais tendance à faire pareil sauf que je n'aurais sans doute pas obtenu un tel résultat. Merci pour les explications, je vais noter ça tout de suite dans mon petit carnet pour ne pas oublier. L'effet est spectaculaire!
