Hello Greg,
Very nice B&W treatment putting well in evidence the lines. The rain provided in more a kind of mirror effect on the floor and so a good contrast.

I like this, but I wish that the highlights weren't so over-exposed. By reducing the exposure you could have made more of the reflections on the wet surface.
I like the contrast between the scale of the spider and the tiny umbrella-toting passers-by though.

Hi Greg.
The black and white was probably the best choice and the high POV also works very well in the photo. Only it's a pity the overexposed areas like the ground.
