Taken from a boat during a cruise on the Douro, looking towards the east from close to the estuary of the river.
This AutoEstrada connecting main Portugal highway from south to the north, going up to Villa-Nova-de-Cerveira , on the border to Espanea.

An impressive, tall and big bridge. A great engineering job. Very good POV, the bridge can be seen from the modern skyscrapers in the city, very good color pictures.

Hello Ike,
I know this POV from the cruise' s boat on the Douro river. Excellent shot with this very graphic bridghe which arise very well in the BG. The large FG with the river and the elemenst various in the BG give depht to the image.

Fantastic panorama of this great bridge, his height makes me dizzy and see the trucks so small up there.
A great perspective to the city in the background, good lighting and nice these soft colors.

Hi Ike,
The point of view is sending my eyes through the arch of the bridge toward the buildings which is giving depth to the composition. It is also showing the details and colors of the architecture of the bridge. The late morning light is embellishing the colors. Have a nice day.
