title of the photo was a soviet saying, about more than 20 years ago. in english it means :
chicken not a bird, poland isn`t a foreign country.

it's a strange feeling coming from this shot.. something of a deep loneliness, a place suspended in time.. and the only reference to actual life is the bike, wich is not ruined.

Krystian, it is a great shot, especially what makes it great is the BW.The old building, the old bicycle, the old balcony, they all look so dull and rusty and hence grey suits them well. and therefore a quality great shot.

Your shots convey a lot feeling... I think it's as a result of the desaturation of colors. Good clarity, original composition, and choice of tone is what really makes this shot.
