Photographer's Note

A simple look out my bedroom window brought me this view one evening in April.
We were having about one week of unusually warm weather, 20-25 celcius in late April is VERY unusual for this part of Norway.
I was doing day shifts this week so for once in a while I decided to go to bed early (OMG!)
Before pulling shut my curtain I just had to admire this view.
I live in an area under developement so I have to enjoy the view while I have it.

My location here is Hålandsmarka in Sola Kommune. And believe it or not this is the highest location for houses in Sola, 70 meteres over sea level. Add this to fact that normally we have very clear air and one is well able to view some 60-80km northwards.
You may notice the slightly darker region in the right corner of the photo. The darker area is the island of Karmøy some 70km away.

Well that's all I have to say, have a good summer I will be posting more as I get them...
