A trip to Tivoli is a magic journey into a Baroque time. Beautiful gardens, mazes and hundreds of gurgling fountains are the prime attraction of this gorgeoussummer villa built in 1550 for Cardinal Ippolito D'Este, son of the infamous Lucrezia Borgia.
Magical place where five hundred fountains keep tons of flowing water. The courtyard which correspond to the present entranceof the villa, was the cloister of a Benedectine convent incorporated in the monumental building of the villa.
