Photographer's Note

This is the permanent seat of the emperor who used to seat on this piece of stone and watching the cultural programs and ceremonies in the theatre. The theater is very near to and with a walking distance to the Athens main Acropolis. As you see there are a few seats for the confidents of the Emperor. The rest of the invitees were to sit on the stair and not on a special and independent seat. The seat of the Emperor has a small stone table at the disposal of the emperor on which various beverages and foods were waiting to be taken. When I visited this interesting site I wished the stones could speak and tell us what they remember of centuries of developments in this place.
