Hello friends and colleagues, today I present through this beautiful facade City Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the Bavarian Alps. Hope you like it, then some letters over the city.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a city of Germany in the state of Bavaria, located near the border with Austria. With 26,117 inhabitants, it is the capital of the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

In 1936 it was the scene of the Winter Olympics, and became official host of the Olympic Winter Games of 1940, but due to World War II did not get to be celebrated. Also, Garmisch-Partenkirchen opted to hold the Winter Olympics 2018 in the Munich bid, which was finally held in Pyeongchang, South Korea

Traditionally, a ski jumping competition every January, within the 4 Trampolines Tournament is held.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen holiday destination is skiing, snowboarding and hiking. The World Championships Alpine Skiing World Championships 2011 Alpine Skiing 1978 and held in the town.
