Château-Landon est une charmante cité médiévale perchée sur un promontoire rocheux. La vieille ville forme un ensemble séduisant avec ses maisons anciennes, ses monuments, ses tours et ses jolis jardins. Ici, l'on peut voir une tour engagée à poivrière (toit conique) formant vraisemblablement un escalier desservant la maison.

An excellent close-up photo of this charming castle. Very good sharpness which shows the details and textures really well. The warm colours are also pleasant and nicely brought out by the sunlight.

very picturesque scene, well captured in a fantastic light.
The clarity and sharpness is perfect, we can feel the rough surface of the walls.
The architecture very interesting and old. Some damage makes it even more photogenic.
The vegetation adds a nice setting.

This is a close-up which clearly reveals the details that you discuss in your notes ie) the pepper-pot tower. The details of the walls are crisp and bright, the different types of textures evident, almost palpable.
I like how you have softened the mood by including the f/g of flowering trees.

The old building is stunningly beautiful and charming, but just as important is how nicely you cropped the photo. By cutting off all unnecessary views on the sides you focus our full attention on the fine details of the walls and the picturesque tower. The photo also deserves praise for the wonderful sharpness and light.
