Photographer's Note

Better Beta Version
This month marks the anniversary of Gildasjan 's death which happened on 24th June 2017, and I thought of honoring his memory in posting a picture of beautiful Brittany, which he loved so much.

Gildas lived in Montreuil (Seine-St Denis) , just north of Paris, and he knew how to catch the best shots of this not-always-privileged part of the Parisian suburbs.

However, he was always fond of coming back to his native Brittany (Morbihan) , where he loved the coast as much as inland.

I am from Finistère, west of Morbihan, and I don't have any good pictures of Morbihan, but I am sure Gildas will enjoy this beautiful spot of Finistere which includes both sea and land.

See map : The photo was taken in 2016, at the "Spanish point" in the Crozon Peninsula.
The "Spanish Point", opposite the "Pointe du Portzic" marks the 3rd entrance into the "Brest Roads"
In the distance, you can see the "Pointe du Petit Minou", and the "Pointe st Matthieu", respectively the 2nd and 1st entrance into the roads.
