Photographer's Note
For the 5th, and maybe the last photo I publish here from the series of Fête des Lumières (The Festival of Lights) I decided to go for something different.
As you saw in my previous photos, during this festival there are some beautiful spectacles in the city centre. However, outside the centre, in some areas there are also some smaller things to see. I was not really impressed from most of it, but in a small garden in the Croix-Rousse I found this special work I show you today.
The artist wrapped few people in different positions with transparent adhesive tape (scotch tape), and placed those shells in the garden with some florescent lighting.
Sadly, not many people came to visit this place.

C'est en effet une belle série, cette fête des Lumières est un très bon moment pour prendre des choses totalement insolites à Lyon.
Juste un petit regret, les jambes coupées au 1er plan.

Très belle image et surtout très belle installation ! Cette oeuvre est magnifique et ces silhouettes fantomatiques sont admirablement mises en valeur par cet éclairage.
As-tu une idée du nom de l'artiste ?

I thouyght this was really postrpocessed when I saw the thumbnail. Upon openijg the larger size I saw it was not;) It looks really cool, the figures seem to have their own little personalities. Its a very strange image, which I really like. Its not easy to "breathe life" into objects like this.

Another great night shot , Compliments , the exposure time you choose is just perfect , the balancing light/shadow is very good ; off course also subject is rare.

Interesting scene where all these characters seem to be frozen, which makes the radiating green somewhat surreal, for sure different from the previous ones but well seen !

This is brilliant, it's unusal and very intresting. Maybe not many saw it, but us TE'ers are : )
Excellent exposure, you have caught the light well, especially on the foremost figure you can even see refracted red light.

Belle composition avec ces étranges figures verts. J'aime bien les détails des lumières rouges qui donne de la profondeur à l'image ainsi que les lignes du sol. C'est incroyable que pas plus du monde ait été voir. C'est magnifique.

Alon I came in on the end of a wonderful series. The lighting looks magical and so very well exposed. The artist who created this is amazing. Your recording capture is also a wonderful piece of art. Good work!
