Photographer's Note
L’habitat se concentre, encore au début du xxie siècle, essentiellement au-dedans d’un rectangle de 300 m sur 500 m, aux angles arrondis, déterminé par la double enceinte médiévale, laquelle a été conservée jusqu’à nos jours sur quasi toute sa longueur. La ville a somme toute peu débordé de cet étroit périmètre au fil des siècles, allant seulement s’étendre sur quelques centaines de mètres vers l’est, sur le Wolfshoehle, et vers l’ouest, en direction du hameau de Froehn.

Hello Serge,
This photo is dominated by the church tower, but also generally by the many roofs. The lower ones seem to have been covered with the same kind of tiles but all have slightly different colours, which give the photo a very lively look. It's an excellently processed photo with well saturated colours.

Les maisons cadrent bien la porte. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails de la Porte Haute de Bergheim. La bonne luminosité fait ressortir les couleurs. Bonne journée.

Avec la girouette au sommet quelle vue de cette tout et des maisons qui l'entoure sueprbe ce rendu sur les toits il y a comme une ligne verte et du rouge sur le toit de la tour et quelle horloge sueprbe.

Ce voyage a dû être un pur régal. Découvrir ces particularités architecturales, cette route des vins, ces vignobles, c'est un autre monde.
Une composition de toute beauté avec ce toit de clocher aux tuiles vernissées et polychromes.

Bien cadrée cette vue avec ce bon effet avec ces teintes pour la toiture du clocher et ces murs rosés en avant-plan, des couleurs qui s'harmonisent avec ce ciel plombé en fond.

A wonderful composition of this charming tower and the lovely houses in front of it. The colours are very appealing and most of all I like the green pattern in the roof tiles of the tower. The dark cloudy sky is an excellent background.
