Photographer's Note

I was impressed with the variety of spices in the Bulgarian cuisine. Spice mixes were sold in many shops in Nesebar, in various combinations, the components of these blends are ground garlic, rosemary, oregano, hot pepper, dried basil leaves, dried parsley, dried dill, roasted pumpkin seeds, thyme, and the most important ingredient - savory.
Spices are sold in attractive packaging and it was difficult to take a photo of the stand without buyers.
In addition to spices tourists enthusiastically bought homemade jams, nuts in honey and mead.
