Photographer's Note
A tunnel in Stilluppgrund, a valley above Mayrhofen. Road through this valley is mostly used by farm vehicles. Some taxi vans take tourists to guest houses along the route. Other than that the narrow road is very quiet & vehicle free.
Photo was taken during a walk that started in Mayrhofen and ended at Stillupphaus. First part was a moderately easy walk over forested slope & ridge, then down onto the valley on winding & undulating asphalt road. On your right & left would always be forested slopes, river, occasional waterfalls, farmhouses, guesthouses, dam etc. In front of you would be the ever present snow capped peaks of the Zillertal, and snowy peak of the Penken behind you. For refreshments & food you could always stop at the four "Gasthof" strategically placed along the route. If you are lucky to can catch a private taxi back to Mayrhofen for six euros (from Stillupphaus).

j'aodre ce genr e'image, ce tunnet, ces galeries, souvent creusés à l'époque à la main,
sur ton superbe cliché on voit bien dans l'ouverture la montagne encore enneigée, las arbes, slpendide.
