Photographer’s Note
This one was taken in the famous Maya bay on Phi Phi Leh, featured in the movie The Beach. Water is crystal clear there, sand is powdery and white, and surrounding limestone rocks add to the perfect scenery. This really is one of the most beautiful places in the world.

This is definitely a beautiful place. Your composition is great using the boat to lead the eye into the scene. The clear water seem to have the boat suspended in mid air. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and DOF.

Hi Michal,
Nice shot of Maya Bay. I like how you have positioned the boat as it leads the eye into the shot.Great colours and sharpness as well. I was lucky enough to visit Maya Bay before The Beach was filmed there, hopefully they didn't damage this piece of paradise too much. Well done.
