[Notas - Normas] Nota do Artista
The heavy overcast sky, has given this shot of Jeonbu Harbour, a moody, atmospheric look. There is a hole in the distant peak. The backlight was challenging here. Taken on Ulleungdo volcanic island in the East Sea / Sea of Japan.

Here's another shot of the same bg peak, on a sunny day, taken by another photographer:

In Korean, it's 송곳봉 (Drill Peak?) Song Gos Bong?

Hello Chris! Amazing harbour. Nice landscape. Beautiful composition. Original picture. Good luck!

Hi Chris,

Interesting feature in the background. The high peak does grab my attention as main focal point. The foreground is very nice. I like the atmosphere of this composition and the good colours. Thanks Chris.

Roberto

Hi Chris,
Very peaceful scenery. Great reflection, clarity and sharpness. I like the composition and POV.Beautiful colour. Good job.

Hi Chris,
What mood and how many interesting details. Ships standing along the coast lend superb mood to the picture. The mountain with a distant interesting form becomes higher as a giant before the harbour. Mood is beautiful. Have a nice weekend

Hello Chris,

I like the perspective very much. The eye is lead to the main element, the hill in the composition easily and there is a lot of thers interesting stuff in the frame like the roll of rope, the ridge and the colorful boats.

Thanks fro sharing

Regards
Kamran

Salut Chris
An excellent pov and shooting angle on the harbour leading the eye to the high peak with good light management. I like the water texture and framing.
Have a nice day
Marilyn

Hello Chris!
I like the photograph entirely, however some details that are very eye-catching for me are the shape of that mountain with the hole, the composition with the harbor, specially the arriving boat and the rope in the foreground!
Although you had difficult light conditions, in my humble opinion, you have greatly succeeded!
TFS - Congratulations!
Warmest regards,
Neyvan

Hello Chris,
very interesting photo full of radiant colours. There's so much to see: boats, details of the harbour itself... I like the juxtaposition of a very clear brightly lit foreground and hazy soft colours of the background. It's very nice to see a bit of red in the center of the photo :)
Very good composition! imho, I would crop 1-1,5cm of the very bottom :)
best regards,
Elena

Hello,
Very nice daily life in the harbour, colors and reflection excellent.
Best regards.
Yahya

merhaba dear chris
excellent jeonbu harbour and daily life.excellent colours and reflections.wonderful composition.well done .
best regards.
gürkan akçakır.

Boats and boatman are interesting to watch, when I see these photos I have to admit that I saw almost nothing in that country - some temples, some cities... A funny guesthouse keeper who was doing yoga, head upside down and why did I not take a photo of him, he was such a character ?? Wondering now...
Best regards,
Cath.

Namaste Chris
The karst hills in the BG are similar to some in China. Even in the darkish atmosphere, the emerald green of the water looks good. I see some heavy stone dikes on the left. Is the sea claiming land by shifting towards the right? Good work!

Angshu
