Photographer's Note

We spent a week in Seoul recently with our visit timing with the big Korean thanksgiving holiday of Chuseok.
During Chuseok entry to national sites is free and people like to dress up in traditional clothes. Outfits for women, men and children were carefully co-ordinated. The place that people most like to parade in their traditional gear is Seoul's main old palace - Gyeongbokgung (with the free holiday entry). They were out there to be seen and happily posed for photos or else invited others to join them for photos.
