Photographer's Note

Cheonjeyeon Falls ("sky connected to earth") consist of three waterfalls. The water exits from the cave to the first 21-meter high waterfall and the hexagon pool at its feet, supplies its water to the second 30-meter high waterfall (can be seen in this picture) and on to the third waterfall. Above the river at the foot of the second waterfall is a pedestrian straw bridge, called "Chilseonyeogyo" which means "Seven Nymphs", alongside the seven nymphs. Legend has it that during the night, seven nymphs descend from the sky to wash in the waterfalls.
