Photographer's Note

The Edo castle, now the Imperial Palace, was the most imposing castle in Japan. Unfortunately most of its wonders has been destroyed in the Meji era and then bombed to the ground by the Allied forces in WW II.


This is a repost of one of my earlier posted image, now that I am more comfortable with modifying a picture :). With this one, I blurred the background to accomodate Cedar's comment about focus and turned it to B&W with a bit of cropping.
