Photographer's Note

In Japan it is still sometimes cold, but Spring has been coming surely. As the evidence of that, some sakura already opens the flower completely. This kinds of sakura is called "drooping cherry". The one of characteristic of this kind is that the branches hang to down. So the flowers seems to be waterfall. Another characteristic is to open flower a little earlier than usual sakura, which is still 10% open now.
This tree is one of the most famous sakura trees in Japan and the age of this tree is 200 years or more, so that is treated very carefuly.
I took this photo just 2 hours before on the way back to home from office.
