hi chris.. i stayed overnight there. Not in the same hoteel though, and .... it was rining all the time.. Go some oictures inside wet ricksahws.. This is a nice POV I didn't know..
Nice image ans as you can imagine a place I would rather be now..

hi chris,
now that you have posted this photo from siliguri let me tell you a fact of this place;this place is famous for mosquitoes which cause a lot of trouble here.
if you have gone to siliguri,then you would have visited darjeeling and gangtok as well which is just a 6 hour journey from here.good place to select as your post,you rekindled my memories of this place.the rooftops have been well taken.

WOW, i could easily locate the place here.. i walked along the road so may time but may be i looked up up and above.. probably i have seen the building from the road but frankly speaking i have never seen from the top.. Siliguri is my town too.. i spent so may times here..

We dont see this type of POV more and more.. but here it worked well ..

a good daily life and architecture shot,great POV,a familiar scene for me,like some of parts in some far cities in Iran,excellent details and quality and really well worked with a nice composition.
