Photographer's Note

I always try to follow the advise of the belgian poet Julos Beaucarne :
"One must walk on the sunniest side of the street!"
That's not good for photography, maybe, but for the mood; it is great!
The sunrays are like a blessing for my soul, and a balm for my body.
And I think : if one can welcome the happiness in his/her life, exactly like a sunray, life becomes suddenly more enjoyable. That's nothing magical. That's even very easy to do, in fact : One just have to switch from the dark thoughts to bright ones. As simply as the sky welcomes the day after the night.

In a few words... :

Trust yourself

Love yourself

Help yourself

This woman was walking in the direction opposite to mine, on the way to Koraput weekly market. We stopped to chit-chat a bit together. I was surprised because I found she was looking less from India than from the West Indies in the Caribbean Sea ! She had really not the profile of an Orissa inhabitant!
