Wondering what he's up to!
an image taken on a rather dreary morning in the outskirt of Yarkand oasis town on my early morning photo shoot, and almost ran into a group of villagers gathering where a vendor was selling pile of fresh cow hides on the side street - that's the strangest that I've ever seen. Just amusing slice of life and a bit of fun that I couldn't resist taking a couples of hip shots without looking through the viewfinder preventing making any eye contact.
Hopefully it draws you into the unrepeatable moment........
Setting: 16 mm, 1/80 sec, F11, ISO Raw 100, 0812 hrs

A good daily life photo, I like the slight tilt and the men on both sides framing the man in the middle, who is about to showcase the cow hide, which stand out well with its warm colour. Very well captured.

When cowhides, not are dry get we a strong smell.

as you say in your note, this is a slice of daily life, and what's cooler than that! Good for you to take your lens everywhere you go, even on these gloomy days. I get the feeling he's probably selling these cow hides still today, many years later. I like the way people are standing around in a natural way, in and out of the frame. cheers

Hello Abmdsudi, a 'from the hip' shot that works really well.
It works because of its' spontaneity.
I am surprised that this is a cow hide, it looks particularly hairy!
