Photographer's Note
The great prayer festival also known as Monlan in Tibetan language falls on 4th to 11th day of the 1st Tibetan month in TIBETAN BUDDHISM.
Thanks Ian for the critique, they are burning and toasting the Buddhist script into the air hopping their prayer will reach the heaven.
I am using a standard zoom and setting the speed at 1/250 and f/8 at auto ISO to prevent motion blur.
The camera is without image stabilization .

A great photo of this festival The smoke and peices of paaper (prayers?) have been very well captured and the temple behind has stayed quite sharp.
