I was amazed to see this tiny honda with such a big load of timber. Taken near Bayon in the Angkor Wat ruins near Seam Reap.

Surprenant !
The motorcylcle is also call in french "Cheval mécanique" ( machanical horse ) , perhaps this alternate word came when they are on Cambodgia :-)

Yes, I thought there use of trailors behind motorbikes was fun too. I didn't really get a shot I was happy with. A pity you clipped the back of it htough.

Great shot, Chris! :-) Is this bike really able to pull this load?
Well seen and done!

So am I (amazed), though I'd like to see how it looks like in motion, anyway I like here this opposition. A good advertisement for Honda !
Regards, Jean-Yves

This scene is for us mazbe interesting, but I appriciate it well as dailz life there Chris. I like Honda "horse" and botle & jerycan for extra fuel on this motorcycle! Over its loading... , for a whole winter enough. Cute composition.
I like it.
Cheers, Don.

Photo originale Chris, vraiment je ne crois pas que la moto va pouvoir aller bien loin!!!rire.

this is a very very interesting shot. Trailer connected to a bike with that load is really interesting. The design of the trailer is also another astonishing point.
Well done Chris. Thanks for sharing..

Hi Chris:

This kind of vehicles are also common in my country. They are hybrids and used for a variety of purposes.

Well seen and captured.
The bottles there are maybe "extra" containers of fuel, to allow longer trips!

saludos

K.

Funny picture Chris, nice capture, well done.

Really amazing, Chris! :-)) But miracles like this happen all the time when people are forced to manage with only what they have. They say this way are born all creative ideas...:-)) I like very much the vivd green of the plastic bottle and the red of the trailer. Wondeful capture!

What a spectaculair shot. I have never seen this before. It's really a way to do things, good shot, good composition Chris

Well, at first sight the bike and the load look a bit incongruous, but I've seen a couple of similar photos so it seems to be quite common. Very interesting and well captured, Chris, although I'm not too fond of the hard crop on the right.

Hi Chris :)

This acrobatic carriage recall me the bananas carriers in Burundi (Africa). They freewheel downhill a mountain to Bujumbura (capital city) with a bicycle loaded with 200kg (440lb) of banana bunches (no cart, directly on the bicycle). They brake by placing one foot between the framework and the back wheel...and they pray God that they don't falls in a gulch! Counter to some critiques, I Like your framing by cutting the back of the cart : It can let imagine a very, very long carriage. Well seen Chris, this shot is totally in the TE spirit.

A great capture, Chris. Seems that you could keep to much concentration on your assignment, but I am happy to see your fine resultr, and this very interesting scene.

Here was my first remarks on your image: a very unusual equipage. It's a pity that you have cut the back of the car. I hope that the road taken by the driver is flat. If it goes up, I feel anxious for the engine's motor. If it goes down , I feel even more anxious for the driver.
Then, I thought that you could not make such a mistake as to cut the car. Of course, the bike has nothing to do with the car and you have hidden intentionally the front of it. :-)

Courageaous little motorcycle ! Do you think this vehicle would go very far like this ???
Cheers.
LB.

This is one Honda that is way way beyond its design spec.I wouldn't have known if you hadn't gotten this Chris. It's like saying, man and machine, works just as much but the machine just do it faster, better and heavier. But it looks so heavy, just looking at this.

I would call it "overloaded" ;-).
That is a funny sight to see, but in Asia you can see these kind of things every day. It's a very nice picture, only a pity that the back of the cart is not on the picture.
Points later

very well seen,Chris.

I like it.

Yes - this surely a heavy load for such a tiny bike - hopefully theres not too slopy hills around ;-) Thanks Chris, for sharing this funny transportation shot.

too bad we don't see the whole car, but it looks very familiar. Typical asian sight. At least here they use a motorcycle! i've seen people carry loads close to this...

Amazing journalistic shot, I really didn't imagine this was possible. A passenger vehicle would have difficulties pulling this trailer. Too bad the tail is cut off on the right.

Surprising photo, this motorcycle had to transport an impressive wooden quantity.
On the other hand, I shall have liked seeing the motorcyclist with his motorcycle.

Regards,Danos

All this wood pulled by the motorbike ?
Rather risky especially in curves. Well seen Chris.
