[Notas - Normas] Nota do Artista
Most people would be more familiar with the view of this spot, at sunrise. This is what it looks like during the day. I liked the hazy blue color of the distant temple, which was about 1 km away.

Hi Chris
Thanks for this splendid view of Angkor. Of course i am especially interesting in all the pictures of cambodia (my second country ...), but your picture is not usual and the inclusion of the tree give another atmosphere.
Very beautifull

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your short but useful notes. Fine view and capture of this place. The inclusion of the tree in this enquadrement is perfect. A withe and green atmosphere.

Very well seen and composed.
Best Regards.
Fernando

It's great to "render vous" here in... Siem Reab, Chris!
I am some 15 kilometers away from this wonderful scene.

Bonjour Chris,
J'apprécie toujours autant vos photographies, elles nous font voyager et nous transportent dans des lieux magiques !
Ici, encore c'est un paysage étonnant qui s'étale devant nos yeux ébahis.
Réussite.
Amitiés.
Philippe

Epic shot, it would fit perfectly well in a David Lean kind of movie, just one thind: The sky, I miss the blue or the clouds but I understand the circunstances were not the best. I like the tiny touch of red in the distance on the right... Thanks Chris, nice photo of a place I dream to visit. Take care.

Hi Chris,
It does look hot, I believe you had to find a shelter below the trees to protect a bit your person and the lens from the biting sun, good PoV here and the temples structures look closer than 1 km, must be quite massive to appear this big from this distance.
Have a nice sunday,
Jean-Yves

Hi Chris. Nice use of natural framing in this comprehensive photo of the temple with its pleasant surroundings, where the reflections in the pond provide a pleasant add. My feeling is that a bit of the left could be cropped, and that a lower shooting angle resulting with less overlap vs. the architecture would also work well.

Hello Chris,
The branches and the lake on the foreground is splendid, but also the silhouettes of the temple on the background make your picture very attractive for looking.
Greetings,
John.

Chris, great picture. The composition is very nice, i like the water with the reflections, the siluate background is very cool, i like that architecture. Good POV and point of view.
Sergio

great shot of Ankor wat, I will soon be there next month, I hope I can take as good pictures as you there, I like the tree in front and the buildings at the background, well shot

Hi Chris. Nice use of the wide-angle. You didn't waste one bit of area across the shot at all. The reflections are of course very beautiful. That temple must be huge if its that big when you are still 1km away! Well done Chris.

Hi Chris,
I really like the way you compose this shot with the trees and the pond. It makes Angkor Wat even more attractive. I also love the blue overcast on the buildings and the orche in the foreground highlighted it perfectly. Simply amazing!! Syabas!

Good POV and framing, away from the most known. The inclusion of the branches is quite nice filling the white sky with good details and compensating the exposure. This one could work very well in BW.

Very good shot Chris. Good framing through the branches in front and very nice reflections in the water. The light is pretty strong, but you managed to handle it well anyway. Very well done!

Yes, I like this view of it too, this is where I ended up most days for a cold coconut milk drink.

Hi Chris
Wonderful view from such a good angle, covering the land, the water, the trees and finally the Angkor Wat. Even though it's a distance away.
Sybas.
