I just had Jean Louis' thought, befre I read it. Interesting PoV. I just read a survey that gives Dhaka as third only to Karachi and Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, as the worst captial in the world.

As "gilad33" mentioned here, this one is a real profit/gain of both TE and the members naturally.

Very different PoV and wonderful colors. The color of the water and colors of the woman and the girl most outstanding contrast.

And no need to say that their life makes me feel a deep pang of sadness while billions are being spent to armament.

Really good angle here Chris!
I don't know what I saw watching thumbnail!
Gray-yellow coloured river and stones against two very "colored" women at work with also colourful clothes.
Great shot, Well seen and composed.

Interesting thumbnail...appaered to be flotsam in a muddy river until I read the title and looked again! Especially like the pov, and how it shows the parts of rocks disappearing into the brown waters.

Whatever you shoot, Chris, there always seems to be some immanent graphical aspect to your motives - here it's exactly what you already pointed out in your note, and the effect is of course enhanced by the aerial point of view. What a scene, so totally different of what we are used to, and a very humbling sight.

Hi Chris, there's definitely something unique in the angle and composition of your photo, because no land is in sight, it seems they have just emerged from this trouble water, also the color of this water, somehow like a thick fog, accentuates the mysterious atmosphere.

My goodness, what a scene. This is interesting to see how many women have to do the laundry in what looks quite dirty water. This is TE education at its best. The clothes on the ladies is bright which adds life. Well done.
