Photographer's Note

This is another masterpiece of buildings that were built after "Oil Boom" in Baku. The architetor scratched draft of the filarmonic hall on th epiece of paper with a cigarette butt, while the idea of how to make this georgeus building was sparkling in his mind. Of course the first purpose of the building was a Casino, however after the great fire that occured in it, it was rennovated and used as a philarmonia until today.
Looking from the oppsite side it looks quite like the Famous Casino of Monte Carlo, which is not surprising.
