Photographer’s Note
Just some purple flowers I found while walking around.
PP crop, levels, darken backound, sharpen, canvas frame. Lovely purple from nature so I left it as is, no saturation.
I tried and tried to clone out the blade of grass to the lower right. Always ended up with an unacceptable amount of 'clonies' afterwards that screamed photoshop. If anyone out there is a guru of cloning and has some advice I would be happy to try it out. In the log run though it was a lesson in composition and i'll just modify nature a bit next time. I think this type of shot will eventually lead to me purchasing a macro lens. Anyone have a favorite macro lens to plug? Thanks and I hope you enjoy it.

Sean, a lovely shot but, in my opinion, half a stop over-exposed. Background is a bit messy and distracting (but I know you can do little about this). Overall, nice but more scope if you experiment with exposure. Best wishes, Paul.
