[Notas - Normas] Nota do Artista
With his galabya blowing in the breeze he steers the big falucca from one side of the Nile to the other all day long. Hopeful to get more paying passengers than the one person he took on this trip.

hello Stephen

I can see it is not easy to full frame the boat with its tall mast from where you shoot, without cropping the top but let us put that aside.

The wind breeze must be as unpredictable as the paying passenger on this day. But you did have a good spot to get this POV and nicely captured color and focus where it matters most - the boat and 2 people on it.

tfs, bill

p/s Your travel must be interesting all over the place to see things.

Steve, this is great. The action and the motion are evident and the angles from the sail and rigging are super. It might be that it could be darkened an f-stop to richen up the colors and contrast but there is nothing wrong with it as it is. Superb presentation.

Greg

Hello Steve,
Your scans continue to impress me. There's not much to indicate that this is not an original digital picture. I quite like the tight cropping, although verging on too tight on the sides. The cut off top doesn't bother me.
Greetings,
Gert

The scanner is busy and so are you,

The scan is very good, the image is clear enough. Probably including the mast and getting rid of a bit of water could have been an idea.

Thanks for sharing

Kamran

A nice moment where time is fairly irrelevant - Im sure this scene has been taking place every day for 1000s of years. Great strong colors, and well framed.
Cheers!
Dave
