Photographer's Note
Museum dedicated to Cesaria Evora the great diva of Cape Verde who with his international career has been a true ambassador of his archipelago.
During the visit, this collector and fan of the singer presents us a book dedicated to Cesaria.
She is seen in the company of Cuban Compay Segundo of Buena Vista Social Club ; another testimony, with a photo of the huge crowd taken at his national funeral in December 2011 in Mindelo.
"Sodade" is one of his most famous songs in which Cesaria Evora expresses his nostalgia and homesickness. And is there not a little impression of "sodade" in the eyes of this collector?

Ottimo ritratto ambientato.

Bonjour, cher Jean,

Hi Jean
Thanks for the interesting description good photo too, the pose and expression that say so much but it's the book that does it for me. Nice framing and the scale of things really falls into place. Excellent rendition, Congrats

Hi Jean.
A magnificent symbiosis, between this man with the book, showing two important events of the life and death of this diva of the song, interesting the perspective of the museum.
Well seen and done. I like it.
You have a good day.
Very best regards.
Luis.
