It is a view of Isabel, the Saint-queen of Portugal. She was from spain and got married with Dinis king of portugal and she was ever leting donatives to the poor people and his husband didn't like that because he had political doubts about loyalty of spanish citizens in portugal.
Once , tells the history, she saw some beggars in front her palace and went there to make carity when the king arrived and asked her: what are you taking inside this clothes ? and she replied: only roses , my sir !
and then the king said: there are roses in january ? let me see them ! and then, when she opened her arms there were only roses. This is a famous miracle about this queen.
I liked the composition, these details are perfect and I liked the framing

hugs
