Great Floydian 2008-06-18 0:51

Hi Deniz,
I agree with Dan, but also can understand the problem in not doing's not easy to decide which way looks best. But what i do like and what impresses me most is the exposure. Light must be terrible there, iso 1600 with a tight 1/15 and as result this work...stunning, absolute stunning. I really like to see such dediaction in making a picture. Other people will pass on, but you had something in mind and did it...respect, because the light on the books is amazing. There must be noise at 100%, but here at TE size it looks wonderful.
You did a great job here....hats off..!!!
Regards, Henk

Default To Floydian: tripodlessness

Hi Henk,
I am used to working without it, though i have a tripod.
ISO 1600 of 400D is therefore very useful in dark places where tripods are not allowed (like many mosque and church interiors).
For now, this format is enough for me, because i only share the photos in TE and in small format only.
If one day i happen to become a semi-profi (some 15-20 years later, LOL), i will surely have the permission to bring my tripod inside. Then, "low ISO - no grains" era will begin for me :))
Thanks a lot for your appreciation, i am flattered indeed.
