Great WhiteRose 2007-02-24 4:40

The colours are superb. I'd love to know if you had to do any HDR blending to get the sky looking so good. The sheep complements the composition very nicely. If I were being picky I would prefer the sheep to have it's head up and a slightly wider crop to show off more of that fabulous sky. Congratulations on a very eye-catching image.

Default To WhiteRose: HDR blending

Thanks for your good critique, Richard!

For the HDR... no, no layering or blanding here. I did work on the sky though, but selectively (selection made using magic wand) - hence the slight halo efect around the mill tower.

I have to admit I did wait for the sheep to get its head off of the grass, but as if it was glued to it and was ignoring my silent mumbling - LOL.

You're right - it should've been wider frame, but the sheep (as you can see) was too close to me - wish it was further, so I can include more of the sky.

Catch you later,
