Great emka 2018-10-10 23:50

Hello Paul, The forests seem not a special attraction on TE but I love such walkings. The vegetation was for me the most important in New Zealand. My favorite here is Workshop picture with the chicken.
In South America the trees are usually covered with epiphytes. Some of them are very beautiful as orchids. Here it can be the Spanish moss. Spanish moss (Tillandsia usneoides) is an epiphytic flowering plant that often grows upon larger trees in tropical and subtropical climates, native to much of Mexico, Bermuda, the Bahamas, Central America, South America, the southern United States, French Polynesia and the West Indies and is also naturalized in Queensland (Australia). I can't tell from the picture, but it looks similar.

Have a nice day
