Good ktanska 2018-10-10 11:20

Hi Chris,
Those dunes indeed look fascinating. Low angle light is just right for showing all the shadows and orange tones look very good too.
Yes, it is blurry, and that makes me wonder what was the reason. Surely there was enough light there. Is it heat haze?

Default To ktanska: Workshop

Hi Kari

Taken with a 200 mm lens using auto focus. Now I focus manually because I can't rely on pin sharp images using auto-focus. Possibly a bit of camera shake as well that has been magnified by the 200 mm lens. I was using an uneven, mud brick wall as a tripod. I have loaded a workshop showing a closer view of the camels the following day after a thunder shower & 45c. But it lacks the magic of the main post even though it is technically near perfect.
