This dish is colorful and attractive to the eyes. It had Khumus, vegetables, eggs and chicken - but not Cous-Cous, Luciano.
You see, we have in Israel Moroccan Jews who do Cous-Cous and I know well and ate the very different food from what you show.
Cous-Cous looks as semolina grains, thin and "airy".
Anyway, an appetizing picture.

it's a Europeanized version for tourists, I assure you that there was a base of semolina underneath but you can't see it from the photo.
