Hello Ike,
The upwards point of view helps emphasise the heights of the houses built to look out over the river. There is lots of detail to be observed, though I find the image not as sharp as it might be, possibly due to the use of a telephoto lens?

the only reason is the boat rocking on water, i can't monut a tele on my camera.
