Great robiuk 2006-02-21 12:33

Hi Michael,
Very interesting composition and amazing light on the face of the player in front! (how did you manage that without a flash!?)
Judging by a wee overexposed table & balls, I believe the sunshine in that moment was quite harsh... why use ISO 200 in this case?

Default To robiuk: Flash, ISO200 etc

Hi Robert, thanks for passing by! I think that the reflection of the sun on the table caused the light on the player's face. I also wondered what caused the two white spots in his eyes, because for sure I did not use flash. The ISO200 is simply the limit of the Nikon D70. It doesn't have lower ISO values... One of the few flaws of this camera.

Thanks Michael for your fast reply,
Like you said, the sunshine was bouncing from the table and lighting his face - therefore, these white spots in his eyes must be from one of the balls on the table reflecting sunshine (I believe it must be the cue ball, as it has got the most white on it).
What do you think?
