Great worldcitizen 2020-05-09 9:46

Hello Andre,
I had been looking for a good POV to show this building from, and you found one first. :-) Personally, I don't like this building very much; from far away it looks like a giant stick, and it doesn't enhance the skyline in my opinion, but it looks nice in your photo with the surrounding greenery. You can see that every few floors had to be left hollow, so that wind could pass through and the building wouldn't move in high winds. Take care!

Smile To worldcitizen: wind pass

Hello Brenda, how are you? Hope everything is ok.

Indeed this building is very ugly and don't add nothing to the landscape. But I like geometrical forms and the simetry of the square windows on the surface of the big parallelepiped, call my attention. I din't know about that wind passage you said, I thought the building was not complete there

Be safe!

Andre

Default Hello!

Hello Andre,

I'm doing o.k. The spread of the virus is slowing down here in NYC, but it is still serious. I think NYC will stayed closed for at least another month, but we'll have to wait and see. For now, life is still on hold, and I'm trying to stay healthy.

I know things are also bad in Brazil. I hope you, Carolina and the boys will continue to stay safe.

Take care!
Brenda
